Our AI Resume Screening and AI Job Matching products offer monthly and per-use plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance (e.g., monthly) or per transaction (e.g., per job screening).

Contact us through our contact page or support email with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 5-10 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends. No refund is provided for the remaining portion of a paid period.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to new subscriptions and refund requests made after the update date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
