8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Putra AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Putra AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your content.

10. Termination
