Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies if you have a recurring subscription (for example, monthly or annual billing) for a Putra AI product. One-time or per-use purchases are not auto-renewed in the same way; see our Terms and Refund Policy for those cases.

2. How to cancel (straightforward steps)

You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date. Use whichever applies:

  1. In the product: Open the Putra AI product you subscribed to (for example, AI Resume Screening or AI Job Matching), sign in, and use the account or subscription settings to turn off auto-renewal or cancel the subscription. If your product shows a "Cancel subscription" or "Manage billing" option, follow that flow.
  2. By email: Send a cancellation request from the email address on your account to our support email listed on the Contact page with the subject line "Subscription cancellation" and your account email. We will confirm when your renewal has been stopped.

3. What happens after you cancel

  • Your subscription will not renew for the next period.
  • You typically retain access until the end of the period you already paid for, unless we state otherwise in your plan or Terms.
  • Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or data; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds

Stopping renewal does not by itself refund the current period. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Payment provider

Charges appear on your statement according to our payment partner’s descriptor. If you dispute a charge, contact us first so we can help.
